New! Mochi donuts! Asked if they had mochi in them. "They're infused with mochi so they're crispy outside and soft inside." Got 3. They are simply donut holes and the only "mochi" thing about them is the shape. Not crispy, just soft donut holes stuck together but the frosting was tasty. Drinks! Have been supporting this new business but today may have been the last time. Ordered 2 drinks, one was Saigon coffee, easy ice. Server said that would be really strong. Told I like it strong. Other server made that coffee, adding ice to the cup with easy ice. I stopped her, she dumped all the ice in the sink and went in back to steam the coffee again. ??? She'd been doing that for the last 5 minutes! She came back and asked other server if she charged me for easy ice. She said, no, she didn't know I wanted easy ice. Seriously? I asked twice how much so I could just be gone and couldn't get an answer so said to just make it. It was short but that's fine. Was told next time to order easy ice, extra drink. There's no next time for this drink. Straws! Another customer ordered drinks and donuts and asked for a big straw. She was told those were only for boba and her drinks didn't have boba. Seriously? Server told her she could have one, but customer was clearly annoyed. That made 2 of us. Business! Decide whether you want to stay open or have your servers feel the satisfaction they get from being difficult with...
