As a teacher and caregiver, my phone is my life. My mom and I have been with AT&T since the very beginning of flip-phone times. When others complain about their cell phone carriers, and how they donât have service or they canât get or their Internet is weak, I continue on with my AT&T excellent internet, hot spot, great customer service wherever I travel and whatever I need to do for my work or personal use on my phone. Sadly, after accidentally dropping my phone in the (clean) toilet, I was unsuccessful in drying it out in rice or the blow-dryer. It was time for an upgrade anyway (I had an X). When I walked in the AT&T door two friendly representatives welcomed me in. Victor was up next so I got lucky :) After exchanging security information we looked up my current plan. I explained how I am an educator he helped me get the best possible deal with a teacher discount % for those educators out there, nurses and first responders as well. They have a well stocked store of phones and accessories physically in the store. I knew I needed to walk out with a working phone. We quickly determined the best phone for me and Victor was kind and patient. I got a deal on accessories as I needed a case, screen protector and high powered charger. He took the time to meticulously install the screen protector and helped me set up my new cool blue phone, so I was able to retrieve all of my information which was backed up on iCloud.    Read moreI visited this store a few days ago & got the best service I have ever received in all my years dealing with phone stores, I currently have T-Mobile & was looking to switch to AT&T. I went in on a somewhat busy day & was greeted by Troy. He was so kind & patient with me, he answered all my questions I had gave him & all the details I needed. What I liked the most is I asked him a few questions & he just wasnât 100 percent sure & he mentioned he wanted to give me the correct answer because he is still some what new. So he called who I think was his boss to make sure he gave me the correct answer. The fact that he did that & didnât guess or tell me what I wanted to hear just shows I can trust AT&T. They picked a great person to represent their company. At the end of my time there I switched 2 lines from T-Mobile and went with AT&T walked out with two new phones, two apple watches (Great Promo) and AT&T TV.
