Bay Quest — Local services in Port Isabel

This is the go-to place for souvenirs, clothing, swimwear and about everything else when visiting SPI. We have been to this store on several occasions and each visit is a pleasure. Unlike other shops that are on the island, you never feel rushed, pushed or "watched" at this shop. The staff is friendly - to the point of exceeding our expectations at each stop - and the prices are very reasonable. Prices are especially reasonable compared to the shops on the island that blare loud music and have a much lesser selection. The selection is good, the rows of clothing not cluttered and segmented together and the music doesn't give you a headache the second you walk in.

The thing I personally enjoy about this store is that they sell blank clothing with a wall of prints. You pick the print so every shirt is custom and it'd be rare that you'd run into someone with the same print you have (they have close to 500 choices). They often run specials that if you buy the shirt, the print is free They press the shirt there in front of you. The prints are high quality and don't fade or peel off after much use.

Our family loves Bay Quest and makes a point to drive there for our goodies even when at the farthest north point on SPI. You can't go wrong...

This store by FAR, was the FRIENDLIEST gift shop in town that we visited! All the ladies acted like they loved their jobs, and were so kind and helpful! They took great pleasure in seeing on our faces after they custom made our t shirts! They had a BIG selection of fun t shirts and all sorts of colors and designs! The store was clean and the prices were affordable! The ladies were all very knowledgeable about what colors looked best on the t shirts, for the best contrast and they were efficient when it came to serving multiple people! They really showed my family kindness with their servant hearts and it was just as important to them as to us what our ideal t shirt came out looking like! They had a great kids selection of items! Hands down BEST...

This place was horrible as soon as we walked in we was followed around by some guy with glasses that worked there just kept starring at us the whole time also there was this younger women that was doing our shirts she had curly hair she was very rude and not helpful at all she had a very bad attitude when I will talk to her she did not make eye contact kept trying to ignore me I can't believe our family spend $100+ at this store with there horrible service we wanted to walk out so bad but our little ones really wanted some toys there but will never come back here and do not recommend anyone to this store they definitely need better staff that's not rude they going to lose customers with that...
