They recently raised prices on a few items, but didn't post the increased prices. Midway through making the meal, they tell you. When I pointed out the price increase was not posted, they said the prices just went up 2 months before (I was there just weeks before and the prices were the same as before). I told them that they should honor posted prices and post updated prices. As a loyal customer, I came back several days later expecting the prices to be posted. They still were not. I asked for the manager to contact me, a week later and no word. It would not be difficult to honor posted prices and to post a sign with updates. Horrible customer service. I saw this local restaurant on the yelp 100 best places to eat in Texas. I went on a mini vacation to South Padre Island, and checked the list to see what was close by. I wanted something fresh so some ceviche sounded perfect. Ceviche ceviche is a small, local restaurant that’s very simple and very delicious. We ordered what the employee recommended, and man did those Ceviches slap. I always stop by on my way out of town to take some ceviche with me to San Antonio, but this last time I spent, I had the best experience to date. Erin greeted me upon entering and said she would be with me in a jif. She was super attentive and overall a pleasure to work. She definitely put love into my food. We spoke for a little bit while she was working on my food and asked for my name and before I left and told me to have a good one. You don’t see customer service like that.
