I’m not sure why there are so many complaints about returns. I was using Elf Bar for a very long time and as everyone knows Elf Bar went through some lawsuits and was pulled from the shelf so I was stuck with getting the old leftover inventory which was fine with me because I love Elf Bar and Head Hunters informed me they had been on the shelf for awhile and could have problems. Pure transparency.After my 3rd purchase or so I had one that would continue to auto fire after taking a puff and Head Hunters went over & beyond to let me process an exchange with no questions asked on top of a $5 credit and calling my # on file to let me know they were waiting for me to come in because I got busy on a Saturday and didn’t make it to the store and to further their already next level customer service they even gave me the option to switch to another Elf Bar flavor on hand or switch the brand entirely at no extra cost.So I know for a fact first hand they have a solid exchange program. You can’t complain just because you don’t get your money back. TAKE THE EXCHANGE!! If you can’t find another product in Head Hunters with their industry leading choice in variety and inventory then you probably shouldn't be in-volved in the Smoke/Vape community.🤔 due to the simple fact that HEAD HUNTERS IS THE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY. Just saying… The end.

sketchiest smoke shop i've been to in a while, the entire front case is filled with many well known black market and unregulated delta 8 brands such as cake, which is a widely known black market brand with 0 regulations and this is easily findable with a bit of research. I decided to buy a delta 8 cart from one of the more reputable brands like treetop. upon going to my car and retrieving my battery, i pulled out the cart and it was obviously months old and heavily oxidized with almost brown oil, when delta 8 is known to be clear. not only this, they refused to swap it or give me a refund. talk about awful...
