Food was just OK but what was bad was that as I approached the counter after eating our food for a couple of kid cones and one of the workers saw us ,myself and my two granddaughters. And he saw us coming towards the counter to ask for something and He turn himself from us, this was very rude. We Waited for someone to attend us and three associates saw us but wouldn't turn to help us. Finally the one associate, the one who first turned his back towards us, turned and asked what we wanted? I told him, my granddaughters wanted there kids cone, and he went to get it, so I walked away to sit down, thinking he would give them the ice-cream but he only gave one to the littlest granddaughter, my oldest granddaughter who is 9 yrs came back sad and said he didn't want to give her a cone. So I went and asked him about this, he said, "well, how old is your granddaughter " with a smart attitude! I told him she's 9 and he said well she never ask for one but for her to go back and get one. I told him that she was too hurt and didn't want one, she was too imbarassed to go back. I also told him that, I had never had that type of service there before, and if my little girl was there, obviously that is what she wanted was a cone. I told him he had a bad attitude and was very rude with us since the time we got to the counter. He never apologized and you could tell that he was not going to apologize. Then I ask to speak with the Manager and to my surprise he said he was the Manger! OMG, I was so upset, couldn't believe how bad of attitude the guy had. Megan asked (condescendingly) if they were in the bag (because I'm stupid and didn't look). We said no.... SHE HAD TO LOOK!! 2 burgers: Ordered no onion with cheese. Onion on BOTH (no biggie, I can take it off). Ordered both with cheese... No cheese on one & half slice on the double (not 2). Megan the manager asked for 60 cents because we weren't charged.
