I took a beginner aerial class here just over a year ago, work no prior experience whatsoever, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made! I am easily bored with workouts, and prior to coming here I thought I just didn't develop strength very easily. I'm now spending hours a week here and always look forward to my classes, even though they're some of the most physically intense workouts I've ever done, and I've gained more upper body strength than I ever thought possible! The instructors are all amazingly talented, both on their apparatuses and at teaching all levels. I've particularly enjoyed silks classes with Ashley and Paulina, both of whom are so sweet and also constantly push me to improve. There's a strong emphasis on conditioning and safety, and I've been able to safely push my flexibility in ways that used to be dangerous for my body prior to coming to night flight. Such an amazing workout/hobby/community - I definitely recommend giving...
Read moreI love Night Flight, it is an amazing aerial studio. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, skilled in their art, and caring. I have practiced at several other aerial facilities and in my opinion, Night Flight is above the rest. Their training is structured and always feels safe. There is a dedication to learning proper technique and form, which is reminiscent of ballet, but with a kindness that is often overlooked in dance schools. The teachers are very encouraging and want to help you succeed at what you want to learn. The facility itself is comfortable and pretty; natural lighting from large skylights, mirrored walls to help develop form, heat and AC for comfy training no matter the weather outside, and good class sizes that give everyone a chance for some personal instruction. I highly recommend Night Flight for beginners or...
Read moreLove, love, love Night Flight! I've been attending classes on-and-off since late 2015, taking time off for unrelated injuries, and I'm finally getting back in the swing of things - hopefully for long term! I've taken Beginner 1, Beginner 2, Silks 1, Stretching, and, now, Straps 1. Throughout most of my classes, I've been wildly lucky to have Ashley as a teacher. She's assisted me with my straddle ups, splits, bridges, and more; she's been supportive and encouraging through all of my injuries. I've had other teachers, of course, and have yet to find any one I did not enjoy being around. The atmosphere at Night Flight, in general, is focused on fun, safety, and progress. It's a fantastic studio and I will be taking classes for...
