Boswell's customer service is AMAZING!!! I live on the opposite side of the country from Boswell- but when my favorite haircare company went out of business, I followed some internet leads and found that Boswell might have had some stock left. After reaching out, not only did Boswell quickly ship this very elusive shampoo bar to me, but when I opened the package, included was a handwritten note AND an additional test-size shampoo bar that they had left!
