My daughter was looking for a new mattress for her guest room and since we used it often, she asked what type we wanted. She went into this store and explained the situation and the specific type of mattress (which they said they had and did not). The sales person said that the mattress could be returned if it wasn't suitable. We tried it and it was too firm. We called the store, stating that we wanted to exchange it, and the woman said it could be returned. We got ready to drive to the store with the mattress when my daughter received a call from the store stating that the $1000 mattress could not be returned. This information would have been good to know at the purchase time, and at the second time the store was contacted. I purchased a sofa in January and the salesperson told me it would arrive in late March. I called in March and she said she would be going on vacation and to call the person in delivery. I called the person in delivery after receiving an email (on 03/31) that my sofa is ready. I have not received a return call or email about my sofa. I am honestly really surprised at this poor customer service. Is this my fault? Why can’t they deliver a sofa I paid for in January? I also paid for delivery in January!...
