Update July 18, 2025 After calling AT&T customer support again on July 16th and being on hold with them for well over an hour and the support person was trying to obtain my credit... then the call dropped off. If anyone knows anything about customer support at AT&T,, you can never get in touch with that same person again. Called again on the 18th and of course, had to start all over will someone new, but was eventually referred to a AT&T manager in Ohio who indicated to me that he sees this all the time, he told me that he could not give the full $800 credit without it being kicked back by his upper management, and suggested I accept $400 with the understanding that I can still go after the remaining credit.
Update July 16, 2025 Mr. Ricardo Region Manager with Prime Communications referenced below has still not gotten back to me. Calling AT&T support again now.
Update June 13th the new manager Lily at the store told me that her manager indicated "that if I could produce receipts". When in fact, all of these facts are in their system, using my phone number and the phone's IMEI numbers. Spoke AT&T support, the supervisor Andre spoke to Lilly with no0 resolution, he then spoke to Prime Communications Washington State regional manager Mr. RIcardo, that he would investigate and get back to me within 7 days. As of July 16th Mr Ricardo has not gotten back to me.
*Adding a screenshot of the email I sent to prime communications explaining the actions of their employees and the fact that it was reported by their employee on their website in their system... all of this is being completely ignored by prime communications. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
Update June 11th, one Month later and having done exactly what I was asked to do by Prime Communications below, they are completely non-responsive. Only their auto email response.
Think twice before going to this store and pay attention to who actually runs the store, don't go anywhere run by Prime Communications!
I will keep updating this post, people need to know who they are dealing with.
Original post. Granted these people no longer work there however I cant get this resolved by either AT&T or Prime Communications. Traded in a newer phone S21 for a S24 in October 24 and they committed fraud and applied the trade in to someone else account. Ive been paying for the new phone for Months now and found out about the fraud from new store manager in late February but he can't fix this without Prime Comm management taking action and neither can AT&T without Prime. I would not trust any AT&T store operated by Prime like this one, not at all. They let fraud happen without resolution, do not stand behind their employees actions. Pathetic customer service let alone being robbed of over $800 and there is nothing I can do about it. Thanks AT&T - I'll be leaving as soon as I can...
Read moreI thought I would do a follow up review after my attempt 4 months ago to resolve an easy 8 month old issue . I’ve been charged $260 plus a month after trying to resolve my issue since late August of 2024.. I m still being charged for 2 watches that I never received and 2 phones (both stolen) . After a visit with mgr I was told how it was to be handled .. and that he was going to follow thru on his side.. he never did .. finally about a week back after trying to contact anyone willing to help a district mgr finally got back to me.. he told he was finally going to get my account fixed and handle the situation .. now he to has gone Mia .. no texts back.. no return of phone calls.. at this point visiting this store just to try and get something simple done has easily been the worst customers service I’ve had in my entire life .At this point I’ve decided to cancel my credit card my direct pay is coming out of and file a complaint with the better business bureau .. to say at and t in post falls and cda is anything but the worst I’d be lying .. avoid at and t .....
Read moreI came in last night at 630pm to add a line to an existing account iPhone XR and the individual who identified himself as Tyler on the phone. Proceeded to lie to me that AT&T’s systems were down and they were making a bunch of changes to a different system said he couldn’t look up accounts sale prices. It came down too he was in a hurry to get out of there and was willing to lie to do so after I was told all the bs lies by the person who identified himself as Tyler I immediately called the cda store on ironwood. They’re all on the same system. I let him know where I was how long it would take me to get there and he said he would be happy to stay late to set up a new line.
