I am only giving it two stars simply because my FIRST EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT!.
It was my 1st time at that location and my 2nd time overall ever trying Starbucks.I wanted to try a drink that I saw and it ended up not tasting very good I called and the lady was very polite and apologetic and have me come back so they could make me something different. I had a very good visit and the drink was delicious the 2nd time round.
I however then went the next day and got the same drink they asked me if I wanted something that was already supposed to be put in the drink.I said I didn't know and to do whatever they thought would be right. I ended up getting a drink with nothing but strawberry syrup and a quarter of the rest of the drink. I did try to mix it up, I tried to continue to drink it to see if it would taste any different but sure enough it was horrid.. I again went back asked if they could fix it because I loved the drink that I had the day prior! Before I could finish my sentence a gentleman (with a green beard) was super disrespectful and lashed out at me for not being knowledged ! At first he declined to fix it because "he made it right and nothing is wrong with it". I asked again politely and told him I took 5 drinks and had nothing but syrup in my mouth. He raised his voice and said "I heard you over the intercom and I made it the way YOU ASKED FOR IT TO BE MADE." He proceeds to belittle me infront of the entire coffee shop. He then had the nerve to TEACH me a lesson on the difference between dice strawberries and the strawberries syrup. I was SO EMBARRASSED đłđ«. IM SORRY I DIDNT WANT TO WASTE MY LAST 7 DOLLARS THAT I HAD TO MY NAME ON A DRINK THAT TASTED LIKE A CUP OF SYRUP! He slammed everything around and finally put it all together. He slid it over and I walked off. NEVER WILL I EVER TOLERATE SUCH DISRESPECT! ANYONE THAT SPENDS MONEY ON A SERVICE OR PRODUCT IS GOING TO WANT WHAT THEY WANNNNNT AND HEVEAN FORBID HAVE IT SWITCHED UP A LITTLE TO THEIR LIKING. DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS IF YOUR UNSURE OF THE EXACT INGREDIENTS IN YOUR DRINK. OR IF YOUR TRYING STARBUCKS FOR THE FIRST TIME. DO....
Read moreThere are some very sweet and wonderful ladies who run this Starbucks. Heather and Wendy and several others there are always quick with great service and a smile. But, as of this week, I will not give this store any more of my business. There are a couple of positively toxic, poisonously rude young women who have been hired there, and, despite my efforts to avoid them, they have ruined my Starbucks experience here for the last time. Today, the stocky young blonde lady (about 20, short straight hair pulled straight back) with the demeanor of a middle linebacker with a groin injury, basically accused me to my face of LYING when I pointed out to her that I had just been there an hour earlier (52 minutes earlier, point of fact, meeting with a client on the patio left at 0858, returned at 0950). She was sullen, snotty and rude, charging me full price for a refill. I could care less how much I am charged, generally, if the service is good. Between this customer service nightmare and the competing train wreck there (resembles Phoebe Waller-Bridge with glasses), I bid the Post Falls Starbucks farewell. As a 2 to 4 times per day customer who ALWAYS tips generously, who meets clients at Starbucks 3 to 4 times per month for working lunches, who purchases 40 to 75 dollar gift bags for clients several times per month, I am disappointed that the rotten apples at this location have reduced the objective likelihood of a good experience from high to medium/low. You have some bona fide customer service problems here, Heather. I don't take my business...
Read moreUnfortunately, my sister and I had a bad experience at this Starbucks do to inattentive and poorly trained barista that took our order.
My sister is allergic to dairy and eggs. I very specifically asked what the cloud foam had in it and the barista said : â2% milkâ. To which my response was âoh just milk!â And she said yes. No powder l, eggs or other ingredients were ever mentioned (learned of this later after illness set in).
We then ordered the cloud macchiato with coconut milk and NO caramel drizzle. We received the macchiato and it was made with drizzle...which has dairy (thanks...). Luckily I noticed and they remade the beverage. Not so luckily, there were still eggs in the drink and my sister became extremely ill later the same day.
I cannot stress how important and valuable it is to have very well trained serving staff at restaurants and coffee shops!! If you are serving a beverage with well known allergens (nuts, soy, dairy, eggs) the staff should either know exactly whatâs in it or know where to access the information so a very specific answer can be given. Please do not put your customers at risk because of laziness!!! We...
