Post Falls and CDA Staff is great and very accommodating. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't give them any stars. The banking app is not user friendly. It was built with to many steps to get where you want and is very glitchy. When trying to call any branch you will get dished off to a call center in another state and again will have to go through multiple steps because they refuse to put the customer's needs and time first.
