I had a terrible experience with the owner - dropped off a jacket to be dry cleaned and it came back in a different color. When I brought it up the owner became very defensive and argumentative.

I was very calm, never asked her for any sort of compensation, I was just trying to understand what happened. To clear, I am not even upset about the jacket. It is a waxed canvas jacket and I think either the dry cleaning chemicals or the hot press after must have stripped a layer from it. I made it clear to her that I was in no way blaming her, but was trying to understand what had happened. I don’t think she does the work herself, she sends it out.

My issue is how defensive and argumentative she became. She first claimed the color was same. When I showed her a photo she then claimed the color changed with age and this must be really old. Worst of all, she later said she didn’t want to dry clean it but I somehow forced her to. Absolutely absurd.

She offered no help to trying to figure what happened nor did she apologize. Instead she got upset, raised her voice at me, and made up lies....

I want to publicly compliment Great Falls Cleaners. It was my first time using them.

My husband's light colored work pants had a pen explode in the pocket. I had used rubbing alcohol and loosened up the ink only to have it spread all over in my repeated attempts to remove the stain.

I took it to another cleaner with no improvement. I was ready to throw the pants out. But I decided to give Great Falls Cleaners a try based on online reviews.

They were super friendly but unsure they could get the stain out, but they were willing to give it a shot.

Great news. The pants look great. They only charged me $9 when I know they spent considerable time and effort to remove the stain which was now in multiple spots all over the pants.
