BEWARE: I bought a blender from this store, i then was out sick and just missed the 30 day return policy, i went to turn on the blender for the first time and it didn't work, i went to try to get store credit since it didn't work and they refused to give me my money back or give me any store credit, i tried to contact the manager and corporate office with no help, i have been a long time customer and i will not be going back to this store, I was so sick that I had went to urgent care and was put on RX meds, you would think they would have exceptions on extreme cases. It took a long time for me to feel better and I went in as soon as I could. They just lost a good customer cause i use to shop there all the time....
   Read moreThis grocery outlet is just as nice and clean as the Mira Mesa one. The employees and staff working here are wonderful people. They're very friendly and always pleasant. If they're not at the register they always let you know to ring the bell and they run right over.
Everything here is always clean, organized, and as well stocked as possible. I honestly feel bad for them because they don't have a dedicated cart pusher like bigger grocery stores and have to gather the cart themselves when people leave them all over the place. She forgot to put it in then just told me to come back tomorrow to use it (it expired tomorrow and I'm not coming back again for more groceries). I tired returning an item then rebuying it so I could use the coupon. She said no returns. Fortunately the manager was there and was able to put the coupon in but the manager told me to ask for her next time? Why didn't your employee get you? Why do I have to come up with solutions for your employees' mistake? Horrible problem solving skills for a simple thing and blaming...
