Irie Coast Poway Smoke Shop — Local services in Poway

This place use to have good friendly service, or at least while Brandon is helping or there.. I would normally buy my Glass from here since it is the closest shop in town, and usually has good prices. Sometimes I go inside to look around and see if they had any sales or price drops, that's normally not a problem. Today I went inside intending to buy something but I was helped by the Manager, who gave me total disrespect all because I asked 3 questions on certain items that had no price label. He insisted I was wasting him time, even though when I got there he was just playing on the xbox they have and making out with his girlfriend.. I guess that's more important than customer service. I will no longer go there to shop, I would rather go elsewhere even further to avoid dealing with an...

There's tons of cute glass pieces, but don't go here. Your credit card information WILL get stolen and used for online gambling. That's what happened to me, so yeah, I'm never going back here.

Edit: I'm no competitor. I am, however, a very unhappy customer, and it's very telling that you've decided to double down on this rather than even bother to check your own card reader. It really makes me think that the owner is probably ok with a customer getting their information stolen from their machine. One might even start to wonder if the owner of this place is on it, and might REALLY hate it if an investigation...

A GEM in Poway, so happy we found this place!

My wife has bought 2 glass pieces here plus other equipment. The staff know their products and are always helpful, they'll answer any questions you might have. They really push pieces from local glass artists around San Diego. HIGHLY recommend just checking the place out, at least once.

Sadly, my wife fell in love with the blue dry pipe and it began leaking the same night we picked it up. But she's not complaining cause now we have to add another new piece to the collection sooner than later :) Thanks Irie, good...
