This in an incredible daycare/boarding. My dog (Chance) is a rescue. Very shy & unsure of a lot of things mainly other dogs and humans outside of my family. After his temperament evaluation a few daycare and boarding stays he is a different dog. He is so social and confident. He is learned new and appropriate dog behaviors. We now love getting to take him to dog beach where he runs and plays for as long as we let him. Tale of the Dog really made such a difference in our lives. I am so grateful for this team. The staff is incredibly understanding, responsive and caring. I get daily pictures and updates when Chance is with them putting my heart at ease. This is long overdue! Tale Of the Dog has been taking care of our two large dogs when we go on vacations, Olly and Bear, for several years now. We always get consistent picture and text updates of how they are doing when they stay. They are transparent in their pricing and availability, and always fair. The dogs have plenty of space to run and play, and they always have the best time. It's great knowing they are well taken care of and happy when my husband and I need to leave town. I am so thankful I found Tale of the Dog. I was initially nervous to leave her for a week but I had too. I took her for about 6 daycare trips to get used to the place and the staff updated me during the day on how she was doing and sent pictures. The week of boarding went smoothly and I am so relieved. They sent me updates and pictures every day. When I returned she seemed happy to see me and was obviously well cared for. The staff are all obvious dog lovers and friendly and kind people.
