Speaking honestly, I would not hope for much if you come to this location.
Make sure to check your order - twice. They will mess up multiple times on the same order. They will also make you a lower-priority while fixing the mistake if you let them know they missed items / did something wrong, so you can expect a typical expereince here that SHOULD be quick to take anywhere from 15-30 minutes.
The general attitude is dismissive at best, and frequently is just plain disrespectful or rude at worst. Do not expect to hear an "I'm sorry" in any way, shape, or form. Expect multiple items to be out as their machines frequently do not work. Expect to be ripped off if you use the app because they will tell you the difference will be refunded if there are items short in order to get you out of their drivethru / store.
DO NOT TAKE THIS LOCATION AT ITS WORD. UNDER ANY SCENARIO. CHECK. EVERYTHING. If you are shorted items / charged extra, get a refund on-the-spot for it, DO NOT take their word for it.
The food they make tends to come out underprepared and poor quality, and the convenience of trying to get something fast is juts not worth it at this location.

This Taco Bell has messed up my orders many times, I'll stay away for a few weeks, and give them a try again. I usually just say oh well when I get home and eat what I'm given, and they've never heard a complaint from me before. A lot of places make mistakes, that happens. Missing items, wrong items, I've been there, I understand.
Tonight I went through their drive thru and paid $9 for a Crunch Wrap Combo. When I got home and opened the wrap, it was extremely light and thin. So I opened it up. It looks like they took a quarter scoop of meat and spread it kind of around the edge, and then put a tiny bit of the veggies in the middle on the open side. It was missing 90% of everything but the tortillas. $9 for what amounts to two tortillas with a little liquid cheese, plus a $1 side taco that I did not even open after seeing the Crunch Wrap. They made this knowing it was going to somebody for their dinner.
Congratulations. I think I'm done with Taco Bell altogether after today. I took it back and got my money back. Not going to give them a chance to remake it and possibly do something to my food. I went across the street to McDonald's and was given what I asked...

A nice lady asked what I wanted to order so I told her. Before I could finish she saidāhold on!ā So I held on. Someone else came to the box and asked me what I wanted. I had to start over. So I started over. She read my order back to me, I confirmed and then pulled forward. After I waited patiently (more than 20 minutes) I received my order, checked and realized it was wrong. I told the lady in the window and she got the manager. The manager came to the window and told me I ordered something that they donāt serve anymore and that it wasnāt on the menu. She said she canāt fix that. She rolled her eyes and glared at me like Iād broken the law or something. My daughter had used the app to figure out what she wanted..I had confirmed the order at the boxā¦they should have told me at the box. I realize most restaurants are short staffed and it takes longer to get what you want but the rudeness was totally uncalled for.
