Therefore, KFC and powder Springs should be equipped and ready for baseball season with excellent customer service and quick staff I understand that itās hard to find good workers nowadays, but I would like to share with you my experience below ** so if anyone would like to read here goes. So today after a 5:30 practice we decided to choose powder springs KFC to grab a quit biteā¦.. ect ect, shouldnāt have to explain why we were going through a drive-through. As we pull in NO one was THERE. We got to the order screen in the drive thru area and were greeted very (abruptly) as if we were on a time limit. As if we were on his timeā¦. We began to order and we started with a chicken sandwhich, he goes on to tell us he canāt toast the bread⦠we say thatās fine no worries trying to continueā¦. After that item he asks in a very RUDE manner if (YOU DONE?) and he does this multiple times! (Thats all) this point I had only ordered one sandwich you canāt toast. I ask if I can have one minute to ask my son and fiancĆ© what he would like & instead of a good customer service response we just got cut off completely and could not finish the rest of our order. However, I am in the food, service industry, and I serve tables & and that is not a way to speak to anyone that is spending money at your company and this was about 5:52 in the afternoon. Sunday, March 2/25 And Iām not one to leave a bad review, but I can tell you that I pulled off so fast that I went up to the window and told him that he needed to work on his customer service and he was in the wrong line of work.

The guy at the drive thru Tim (unless he left about his name), had the nastiest attitude, extremely dismissive since I got to the window (it was today 9/14 close to 8pm so look at the cameras if necessary). When I got to the window he re-asks me what I ordered. Then after charging me, he asks me if I had the "food bowl", I said no and then he closes the window and walks away. Once I received my food, I ask for my receipt.... Tim then again makes an annoyed gesture and walks to the front to get the receipt. After giving me the receipt (16 pcs meal w/ the 4 sides $31.99), I see an additional charge of $5.99 for a food bowl. When I am him about this charge, he then takes the receipt please it aside and doesn't return it to me and says "that's not your receipt. The receipt machine is not working at this time". I explained I needed a receipt to see the total and what I was charged for. Also, that the receipt managed to print just fine when he obtained it and how is it "not working" all of a sudden. He kept saying "your charge will be for $31.99". So when I continued to question this, Tim had the audacity to reply with "you're holding up the line" which in turn made me furious. I the asked for the person in charge and Tim stated the manager "left to lunch and will be back in half an hour". So then I asked for the name of the manager, in which he informed it's Mrs. G and Greta (don't know if I'm spelling it right or if he's lied). So whoever IS in fact in charge of this location needs to contact me immediately...
