I do not usually take the time to make a review with a negative connotation. However, in this instance I believe it’s worthwhile to let the community of Prosper about the incompetent business practice that goes on at this place. Make sure you check your bank account and confirm that the charges are accurate and you’re not being overcharged and disregarded. In my instance I notified Jared Hudson in 4 instances about the issue with the payment I had already made for my kid’s Summer Camp. The guy kept disregarding me when I asked about making sure their business account received the money because the same bank account I had been using had been charged and it was on theirs. This is the second time this happened and again, he disregarded my concern. Total disregard for customer service and condescending attitude by the owner. In addition, my daughter contracted Lice and they had an outbreak and were never notified of the situation. Then all of the sudden after I went for the last time they found “that the money was at another location” of theirs of course. So they took the time to check after all. Every instructor is a paragon of kindness, engagement, and high standards. We've tried numerous extracurricular activities, but this team has ignited a passion in her that's unmatched. Her love for karate is palpable, and she's particularly fond of Mr. Gentry and Mr. Hudson, who embody the perfect blend of kindness and accountability. I have no doubt that this academy is a shining example of excellence, and its values are unmatched. We're thankful for the entire team, including Jared, Master Wiggs, Sean, Mr. Gentry, Kayla, and Grand Master Hudson.

We love everything about Professional Black Belt Academy! They are a family run business and it shows. They are so good with the kids and push them to do more and grow each class but also love and respect each child. They are so attentive to each kid's individual needs while also promoting teamwork and individual growth. The instructors are topnotch and have such an obvious passion for teaching and continuing to grow in their skills. The facilities are always clean and they welcome parents to watch and support their children. This facility has helped our son to increase his physical strength and agility as well as learn discipline, hard work, respect, and grow in friendships. We are so thankful that...
