I tried to use the app to place a large order. The app would not let me complete the order because it was too large. The app directed me to call the store directly. I called the store number and it took me to a call center. The person at the call center told me this location does not carry the wings and pizza that I was trying to order online. Which was the Hot Honey wings and the Hot Honey Pepperoni pizza. I asked why I could potentially place the order online if they didn't carry that flavor and they transferred me to the actual store from the call center. The lady I spoke to at the store told me they do carry those flavors and I began to tell her my order. At the end of my order I was given my total and it was different than my online total. I asked if they would match my online order and she said she won't because it's a call in order. I reiterated that the app would not let me place the order because it was too large and directed me to call the store. She did not care if I placed the order or not and hung up. I called back and a man answered the phone. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. I explained the situation and he gave the same answer. I asked if he only wanted to collect people's money $20 to $30 at a time and he said yes. I guess i will take my $300 order somewhere else. I hear Jimbo's in Celina is good. So I will try there. But no matter what I will never order from this...
Read moreWell I'm seeing a common theme here about the rude manager Kim Harrison! I got to experience her "delightful" attitude tonight. (Sarcasm for anyone who didn't catch that). She argued with me about a credit that was not on my account but was supposed to be and after arguing with me for about 5 minutes I told her how horrible they were and she hung up on me. I have managed 4 different hair salons and have dealt with customers actually cussing at me, which I never did to Kim, and I have NEVER hung up on a customer! When I called back about 10 minutes later she claimed the call was cut off, hmmmm right when I called the store horrible? Not buying it! I asked for her supervisors name and she was so snide in the way she spoke to me. She should not be a manager for anyone! The supervisor Will was very kind and helpful and is the only reason I would consider ordering from them ever again. Hopefully he will take my advise and hire a better manager...

I called and spoke with Kim Harrison the store manager (so she stated) said they would remake it and send it back out. We then opened the desert and it was wrong as well. I then called back and she rudely stated "they don't even carry the s'more cookie which was never relayed to me. I then said "Kim for you guys to have so many mess ups tonight you have not once apologized". She then said "UGHHHHHHH, sorry I guess!!!!
