Subway — Restaurant in Prosper

I visited the Subway in this Tiger Mart facility on 7/30/16 in the evening. I have never been there, but was visiting a friend in the area. Although the food was fine the service was horrible. Two of us stood waiting for someone to come out the back of the room and finally a young black man with a cross around his neck and a bad attitude come out, he looked disapointed that he had to work. He walked out with his phone and acting as if we had interupted him and he asked me what I wanted. i thought maybe he was just having a bad day and let it go. I told him what i wanted and he acted like i wasnt speaking fast enough for him, rushing me. He never made eye contact with me and rolled his eyes as if he had no time for us. He asked the lady behind me what she wanted and the lady asked if he had flat bread and he said "yes! What do you want?" She decided to wait until I was through. Then he again said in a bad tone "Do you want a sandwich or not"? She said "yes a flat bread" and he said "Yes or No? This kept happening with attitude and we just let it go and finally got our sandwiches and he was being tacky about checking us out, Mumbling things to himself. Once he was done he flung off his gloves, rolled his eyes and walked to the back mumbling. Will NEVER go back. It wasn't busy. Was actually very quiet. This location is inside a very busy 7-11 gas station and always has a line. The reason is that there is usually only 1 person working here at any one time. I'm not criticizing the staff they do have, but understand that when you come here, you will spend 15-25 minutes in line to get a sandwich. They only have one speed here----SLOW. If you're patient and have 15-25 minutes, you can get a sandwich/order filled and be on your way. But, you will always have to wait. There is NEVER a chance you will stop here and find noone in line, it ALWAYS has people waiting. Trust me, don't stop here if you're in a hurry...not possible to get anything in...

Surprised at some of the low reviews because we have always had good service and the food was good as well. I think it might depend on the particular staff you get at the time. Overall, it looks to me like they keep the counter areas cleaner and the food fresher than some of the other Subways I've been to, like the other one in Prosper on 380 which is not as good.
