Today I came into Rice pot to place my order. I first call about 10 mins out from the restaurant the lady picked up and said “Hi, you are calling in for prosper.” I said “Yes, I’m calling to do pickup order.” She then responded and said “Are you sure you in the right area.” She was talking fast and rudely and pursed to hang up the phone in my face. Immediately before she hung up she said “That’s what I thought.” At this point I sensed an attitude so, I continued to drive and arrived at the restaurant. I walked in and there was a guy standing at the cash register greeting me to take my order. I said “Hi, how are you? I called a few minutes ago and a lady answered the phone rudely and hung up the phone in my face.” As i was talking the lady was bending down so I repeated myself and her response was “I couldn’t hear you.” And she proceeds to walk off. The professionalism here is terrible and management need to run a professionalism class for this restaurant because I was not treated as fair. Then, I revived my food the shrimp is fresh and cooked, the rice is half way cooked, and the peas taste like they were cooked from the freezer. Please do better on your food.

Counter staff can be a bit curt/cool. I wouldn't describe them as rude, but don't go in expecting a flowery conversation and perkiness either. This is just fine in my opinion.
I've ordered delivery a couple times and it usually takes a bit longer than I'd like for how close it is, but the food arrives warm and ready to eat. It's not showing up neglected, cold, or incorrect.

I offered to pay for the extra item I’m not used to be charged for if I was to call in a pick up order, I just want to eat my food with chili oil! Is that so hard? The Uber app doesn’t have the option to customize your order for these items but that’s besides the fact. The fact the employees argue as if it was just easy to cancel the order and resubmit; or to pick it up. They have excellent food, no argument there.
