Donuts Plus — Restaurant in Prosper

Awful selection and the skinny guy at the front in the EMS shirt was SOOOO RUDE. He looked annoyed when we walked in then didn't talk the whole time we were ordering. Then when we paid he just turned around without a word and didn't even hand us the donuts. There was also a girl with shorts so short I thought she wasn't wearing any who was on the phone talking loudly the whole time we were ordering so no one could hear anything.

Never going back. They're obviously only in business because they're the only ones around. It's much more worth it to drive to Frisco...

I was very disappointed in this donut place. I went at 8am and they were pretty much out of donuts. They had a few Christmas decorated donuts so I decided to get one for my little girl. Instead of giving me the one that was done and dry, they made a new one and the icing was still wet. The guy said "we will put it in a box so it won't get messed up" and then said "it cost $3". $3!!! To add a couple dots of icing!!! CRAZY!! Well when I got home guess what....the icing was all messed up! I will NEVER go back! I took a picture but I don't see a...

This is the 2nd time that we've used them in the past year. The lady who took my order was very nice & super helpful. The donuts were ready on time & looked great...I gave her a little leeway in adjusting colors as she saw fit. It was the perfect way to start my son's 18th birthday day. We will continue to use them in the future. ...
