Everything about this place is incredible. Rachel, the owner, is a genius when it comes to finding you the perfect dress. I am a plus sized woman with a very large bust and a smaller waist, and I have never been able to try on a gown in a store before and feel good about it. The first dress she put me in looked like it was made for me. AND THEN THERE WERE MORE FOR ME TO TRY!!! That never happens! I almost cried. For me, having the experience of shopping in a boutique for something that is almost impossible for me to find was mind-blowing and such a boost for my confidence. If you go in there, you WILL be celebrated, and you will leave celebrating yourself! Rachel has so much experience and knowledge, the store is beautiful, the selection is huge for a wide range of sizes, and the prices are reasonable. She will never pressure you to buy something, and she will always give you honest feedback. I waited too long to go into this store, and I've gone three times in the past week. If you want to feel fabulous and have a magnificent shopping experience, go to Lola. You will not regret it. Let her gently guide you out of your comfort zone when it comes to styles, too--that's how I ended up with the perfect gown! I only write reviews when I feel really, really strongly about something. There are no words that can describe how amazing Rachel, the owner is. The second you step into the store you feel so welcome, her eye, curation of woman’s fashion, expertise, her styling, everything. She helps seek out what will look best on your body type while encouraging you and highlighting your features that YOU should be proud of.

I’ve never had someone encourage me for EXACTLY me, and who I am and to exploit that. BEAUTY comes in all forms, even through a flat Chest, a short height, a thin waist and some rocking curvaceous hips.

If anyone needs a day to be with themselves and treat yourself through you own body, I encourage you to pay her a visit.

Price point: Varies but this is definitely a place that supports more of a capsule collection, if you're looking for cheap this is not the place. If you're looking for quality and knowing the hands behind who makes your clothing this is the place.

There are two great approaches to LOLA, you can’t go wrong either way. If you are shopping vintage and/or high quality consignment, Lola will seriously provide. The shop is a cornucopia of brilliantly curated seasonal and coordinated trends, including clothing you will rarely find in such impeccable condition. It is not a thrift store — that expectation will not be fulfilled. There are wonderful deals on quality clothing. Importantly, the customer service at Lola is out of this world. Rachel, the owner, is your personal shopper, if you so desire, and SHE IS AWESOME. You can go in, tell her what you need, and she will work her store for you. She gets it. You can also consign clothing with Rachel, and in this way you become even more connected to the store. As I’ve consigned clothing, pieces have sold for very fair prices. You get a choice of receiving cash or store credit. For me, having store credit gives me freedom to consult Rachel for special occasion outfits and not think about high costs.
