Booking Tickets Purchase your tickets in-person or online for convenience.
Baggage Info No luggage tags are provided at most stations (check your location for specifics). There’s no weight limit are taken at this location, no one checks them, nor do they check how many bags your bring.
At the Station No need to check in at the register; simply wait in the designated seating area. Look for the large TV screen displaying train information, including arrival times and track assignments. Once your train's arrival is near, the track number will be displayed on the screen.
Boarding Locate the track number from the screen and follow the signs to the correct track. Use the stairs or escalators to access the platform. On the platform, check the columns or floor markings to find your car (e.g., business class, economy).
Waiting for Your Train Stand near the car that corresponds to your ticketed seat/class.
Getting Onboard Place your carry-on bags on the luggage racks near the train doors. Overhead storage and under-seat storage are also available for smaller items. Head to your assigned seat and settle in.

A decently dressed 50 year old woman minding my business and not wanting to sit down. Browsing the gift shop, coffee shop, and strolling the waiting area. When I told them I was walking to pass the time, they asked why? When was my train? Where am I going? From where? TF? What difference does it make. I have a ticket and an id and I spoke to no one.
