needed a cut in a pinch and thought I would give vsalon a try after hearing good things about it and seeing the seemingly good reviews but was left pretty disappointed. even after using photo references and explaining, I didn’t get what i asked and on top of that the cut was sloppy. I ended up having to fix it up best I could when I got home but there’s still a hole in the fade that I have no choice but to let grow back out before it can be fixed. I understand that mistakes happen and maybe I just got unlucky but for how much I paid I was hoping for better. I’ve gotten cut less than 1/3 the price in ny that came out better. although I did need a haircut asap I was left wishing I had just waited because I basically paid money to have my hair...

I am extremely disappointed with my recent perm service. The staff were unprofessional from start to finish. During the process, my eyes were burning and the ventilation was so poor it was hard to breathe. I paid $400 expecting a quality result, but my hair was left wet and uneven—some sections barely curled at all.

I specifically requested large, uniform curls and even provided a reference photo, which the stylist assured me they could achieve. Instead, the curls are inconsistent and only partially done. I have had perms before and know how the process should be handled, and this experience fell far below standard.

I will not be returning and cannot recommend this...

I almost gave up hope that anyone could do anything good to my hair, until I came here, the best hair experience. I had my hair lightened. I love what they did to my hair, they are very careful not to miss spots too checking and rechecking their work, two people worked on my hair making it a faster process, they are really good at what they do.
