Favourite bahn mi ever. The bread is lightly crispy, kind of flaky, moist, and it ends up being the perfect ratio of meat to bread even though the bread looks big bc its airy. When you take a bite, the homemade mayo really shines. It perfectly moisten the bread and carries you the perfect delivery of vinegar pickles and umami meat. Usually I order a chicken bahn mi when I go to places but here I get the beef because it is so thinly sliced and perfectly seasoned. It's absolutely insane....
