Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Proviso Township

disgustingly unprofessional lady at the counter. "its not ready yet" in a snarky tone didn't give me a wait estimate or anything. then rolled her eyes at the next customer that walked in. dark brown hair a little older probably a white lady maybe latina and she had badly painted on eyebrows that looked like tattoos. everybody has bad days even at work but i have never seen somebody treat customers so miserably. she huffed at another person asking about another order to his face at well. then i see her put some pizza boxes in the grab n go area, obviously assuming it's not mine because she already knew the name on my order so she would give it to me right?! ha wrong. after being in there for about ten minutes waiting for my order which she gave me no quote time to i finally go up again to ask how much longer. she continues to ignore me and starts laughing and talking with a younger female coworker. even the other girl seemed to be fake laughing at whatever she said but even she didnt seem to like her. they stood there for over a minute doing nothing ignoring the fact that i walked up again. finally the young girl goes to the back again so i assume the older lady will finally ask me if i need help with anything but she literally just stands there- purposely ignoring me- for another minute. doing absolutely nothing. just looking ahead and purposely not looking me in the eye. she eventually asks what the name is again... i say the name again even though there are only two or three customers in the store. its not busy. and unless you're extremely high on drugs you know what i'm waiting for. she also did look like she had been smoking weed or something at least maybe something worse. she then checks the hotbox and takes it out. the one she had put away over five minutes after i told her what i was waiting for. she tried to lie and say oh there must've been a problem with the system.... that doesn't even make sense. I told YOU i am waiting for a specific name. that is YOUR fault you forgot which i might be able to understand except that you didn't bother to yell out the name or double check me or the other two people waiting's names. at that point you just do not care about your job, the customers, drivers, anybody. such a negative reflection on the company and she should be fired. no wonder you're in your late 40s maybe 50 working at the front counter of a pizza place no offense to anyone else there but clearly she has no good customer service and in my opinion she doesn't even deserve to work there. the other staff all seemed much more decent than her. everyone messes up and i definitely can understand that but to have such a rude careless attitude the wrong person who came across her would not let that slide. she has such a nasty nasty attitude and i hope she's treated the same way she treats others. im not sure what i did to her other than this review now, but it felt very purposeful that she hid my order and i think she was laughing because she found it funny. im not sure why that would be funny and all i had said was the name of the order i was not rude so what did i do to...

I cant explain how many times I have to say I want my pizza exactly like the picture shown in your advertisement. My pizza always is burnt. Only 2 slices were edible. Seriously I used to work for papa John's as a teen and worked at a known spot in chicago and the pizzas must look like the pics then we go over to you guys and wow what a difference. From my breadsticks being actual hard sticks I can use to make a fire with to the pizza cheese being toasted to a bit over well done is really terrible especially when you don't have a car to take it back . Waste of money for dinner. Yea I didn't spend 40 bucks but I'd like to have my food the way it needs to be . Why every pizza that comes out is burnt toasted??? I came here like I do every once in a while when funds run low and I want a good tasting dinner for myself but now I can remember why I only go every once in a while and it's because whoever is running the store isn't doing a good job at it . Yea pizza on pics and advertisement looks great but what you order isn't what's offered to you. Then to top it off why do you have anyone there if they barely take orders ?? I waited some time to have my order taken then to have it messed up is mind blowing . You guys need to get it together . Wish I could get a free combo for the combo I ordered being trash but we all know that's not going to happen . Don't come here at all place isn't worth...

On August 25th I purchased nine pizzas for a event that would be held on the next day. I returned two hours later to cancel my order because of location change. I reordered within Little Caesars franchise another nine pizzas. At that time I was given a refund and told "I would be credited in 3-5 days." After two weeks I hadn't received my credit and decided to call Little Caesars, I spoke to a shift manger that couldn't answer when or why I didn't receive my credit, but the regional manager would be calling me. I decided to call corporate I was told "the credit takes ten days, the regional manager will call you, also you may need to show us your monthly account statement to prove the transactions wasn't process already", I guess their receipt isn't sufficient proof. I've gone back to the store twice, called corporate again, spoke to other managers, (never the regional manager) and it's now September 17 and no closer to getting my refund. I now have given up on my $50.00 along with Little Caesars Pizza. I now order from other local pizzerias that truly serve better tasting pizza and appreciate their customers.
