I came with my family to get ice cream and some other things including elotes. The person that was supposed to serve us was completely unprofessional and acted as if we were bothering her. When we asked for an specific flavor they told us that they could not sell it to us because it wasn't like the others. I asked for a sample and the lady refused to even acknowledge our request. I asked to speak with the person in charge and she pointed to a person who according to her is the owner. Such lady ignored us completely. We left after a couple minutes and visited another ice cream store in Melrose park. Best decision. The costumer service is getting worse every day, but today was my last day...

I'm a regular customer. I love this place not only because the abundant selection of goodies, but because of the friendly staff/ownership as well.

I seriously don't understand people, if the foods were pre-made, fruit would go bad and people won't like and if they're making it on the spot... oh why is it taking so long!??! That's because they're making it fresh for you!
