[UPDATE 10/11/23] Mike from Image Home Center contacted me about this review and was incredibly helpful in getting everything straightened out. He was able to find enough pieces of my existing floor to have the floor repaired rather than replaced, which was a fraction of the cost we were looking at. They also reimbursed me for the damage caused while loading my trailer. While I am still bummed that this happened in the first place, Mike went out of his way to make it right.

Had LVP installed with my new home. Floor was beautiful and just as we expected.

Unfortunately, 14 months after it was installed, the ends of several planks started coming up (maybe 20 sq ft is all). When I called to get some replacement pieces, I learned that the flooring type was discontinued and they had no remaining inventory. IHC was great in the sense that they came by to see if there was anything they could do to fix the issue, but ended up determining we needed to replace everything (including the parts that were in good shape, about 1,200 sq ft). They replaced everything at no cost (other than the ~$400 in extra materials I purchased in case there were similar future issues), per the warranty.

The problem with this was I was two months past the labor warranty, which meant that they wanted to charge me $5,000+ to rip and replace the entire floor. I get that the warranty is only good for 12 months, but given that it was month 14 AND I didn't even have the option to only replace the small (20 sq ft) area that was problematic, I would have expected them to at the very least meet me somewhere between $0 and $5,000.

Lastly, when I went to pick up the replacement LVP (about a pallet and a half), the loader damaged our trailer, causing about $200 in damages + a couple afternoons of labor. I annotated this on the form I signed and never heard from anyone.

Be aware that this flooring is (according to IHC) manufactured in-house, so replacement pieces are not easy to...

We were going to get our carpet from another store. They had told us they could install it before Christmas. When we were ready to order they said they could install it January 4th! I didn't know who to go with. I had reached out to Image Home a month or so before so I thought I would give Adreama a call and see if there was any possible way she could help us. So 2 weeks before Christmas we met with her, picked out the carpet and she scheduled the installation. She let us know where our carpet was in transit and when it was delivered. The day they were to install the carpet, December 23, it was snowing and they couldn't get the van up our steep road. They found a 4 wheel drive truck to bring up our carpet. The installers tramped through snow to get all the needed supplies in our basement. Rodrigo even came back the day before Christmas to finish the job! Image Home went above and beyond any normal service to keep their promise to us. We get tons of comments on our carpet! How soft it is and how cushy it feels on our basement floors. We couldn't be happier with the quality and incredible service we received from Image Home. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need...

This was my very first experience getting new flooring.And was nervous if I would know what to do and what questions to ask. Mike was the one that came to my home for the estimate. He was there when he said he would be, and was so knowledgeable of the product. Got my estimate timely but the flooring I initially picked out would not work for my stairs. So he again made a trip to my home in West Valley to show me the options. He lives in Provo so was completely out of his way. He wanted to make sure I was happy. From the moment we picked out flooring. Within a week and half my floors were installed. James was my installer and cannot say enough good about him. He did such a great job, answered my questions. He took extra time on my stairs to make sure they matched up perfectly.

The office staff were just as kind and made it easy for me to call in to make my payment.
