This place sucks. The bartenders were incredibly slow and had no idea about anything on the menu. I was the only person there, and with 2 bartenders it took 15 minutes for them to make a drink. They were also out of a lot of stuff. I ordered a drink that included heavy cream in it, and they were out of heavy cream but didn't tell me until after they gave me the drink, and still charged me for it. The tea tasted rank and had a bad smell. Would not recommend this place and will never go back.

I ordered a second tea because I wanted to feel the effects of the tea, which I never did. So maybe this was a bad batch? There was also lots of floating stuff in the teas. I've never had tea like that before. Either way it wasn't good, taste or potency. Don't say you have nitro teas, when they blatantly aren't. Nor charge nitro tea prices for rancid tea in a jug.
For the drink on the menu with heavy cream listed as one of the ingredients, you were going to charge extra for an ingredient that was already listed in the drink? Hmmm, that seems very deceitful. And by definition, if the heavy cream was bad and you didn't have another fresh heavy cream to replace it with, that means you were out of it. I specifically ordered that drink because it had heavy cream in it, which you should have mentioned you were out of before you made it for me. Or as the bartender and owner, you could have suggested replacing with something else, since you are the expert.

This tea shop is hands-down one of my favorite local spots. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and the perfect place to unwind—whether you're looking to relax, catch up with a friend, or get some work done in peace.
The selection of loose leaf teas is incredible—so many unique blends and classics, all brewed to perfection. If tea isn’t your thing (or if you’re just in the mood for something different), they’ve got you covered with refreshing Italian sodas, fun and flavorful Boba, rich coffee, and even Kava and Kratom options. It’s a rare combo, and they do it all really well.
The staff is always kind, knowledgeable, and happy to help you find your new favorite drink. You can tell they care about quality and creating a laid-back, welcoming space for everyone.
Highly recommend stopping in—you might just become a...
Read moreI wanted coffee for our long drive home from Pueblo and found this little place when I searched.. Mariah was AWESOME! My son got a Boba drink he said was delicious, I got a mocha and after Mariah recommended a soothing tea for my husband's "coached wrestling all day" voice, he got a tea.. he never drinks tea and said it was delicious. He even bought some loose tea of the flavor to have more at home 😂. We sat at the bar and laughed, it was more fun that should probably be had at a tea and coffee house. If you are looking for a non-chain place to get a tasty drink, go see Mariah at Kava Coffee in Pueblo! We will definitely stop when we get back...
