This one is a lot better than any of the others around.. cleaner and also a lot friendlier.
UPDATE STOPED BY ON AUGUST 20TH, AT 7:20PM. Can't leave 0 stars.. 🙄And the young little read working the window should really learn to keep her voice down, I could hear her through the window talking shit and complaining about my order.. she was so rude from the beginning because I asked for a minute so that I could use almy app and get points.. anyway looked past that get to the window.. and ilas I was about to ask for them to throw in claimed mild sauce slammed the window shut before I got out the second word. ..I don't know if there was a manager on duty or not I didn't even look in to see .. but you would think that customer service is lost important.. and the fact that I am a fasher so I eat out a lot and taco bell is one of the cheapest places but I also like their food .. but they forever lost a customer here .. I pulled in the parking lot to finish my review, and you can clearly see her slamming orders around on the counter inside, and still slamming the window shut on customers.. barely even saying a word... I was going to ask for a water but wasn't even given enough time before the window quickly slammed as soon as she pulled her arm back in .. i don't know what happened during her day but that's still no excuse for her to be rude to other customers... **And before you come at me.. I've worked customer service for 15 plus years, I've had bread days to.... I've dealt with shitty customers as well.. even lady employees and ignorant managers as well .. but we were taught to be polite to the customers .. Anyway, customer service is huge for me .. ALSO.. to add .. I was going to pay it forward from a little money I won on a lotto ticket and tip her $20... But with her attitude, I decided I would give it to the next drive thru I go through .. I want to give it to someone deserving...

Read moreI like to go here and relax with a good yet very affordable meal. They are used to people asking for more meat and cheese soo as a vegan it can get a little more complicated for them to get my order correct, but the staff here do try hard to do so even through they get really busy especially through the drive through. But as long as you be sure to check your meal before you walk away from the front desk then they can fix or replace the item(s) if they do happen to get them wrong.
It can be trying to eat out as a vegetarian but its almost impossible to eat out as a vegan as soo many places just don't offer alternatives or options that don't have meat, cheese, eggs, milk, butter, fat from animals, or some other thing that does not go with the vegan diet. Here they to give you the choice to make changes to almost anything on their menu or just get a few things individually and chips. That is what I do when I'm in a hurry to get my food and be on my way. If I'm going to eat here though I usually get more then that.

Meghan whom was the MOD im assuming, was NOT accommodating what's so ever! Due to the frustration, we asked for a full refund nd we're told that it could only be completed thru the app! Welp guess what, fortunately for Meghan nd her team, the app wasn't cooperating! After speaking with her again, we were told that it was all the apps fault nd that she would not be refunding the almost $40 worth of mixed up slop nd half full drinks they served us with!!!! Taco bell as a multi billion dollar company should use these refunds that aren't returned to customers to send their management team to a longer more hands on nd efficient set of training classes, that perhaps focus more on customer service, nd how to be a little more professional when handling situations such...
