Very poor customer service, terrible communication, owner tells you 1 week delivery, then a week later it’s a couple more days, then a couple more days later comes and it’s tomorrow and they will call you. Tomorrow comes still no call so you call the next day and it came the day before but never called. First of last me start with the store experience. The little gal in their was super friendly, patient and kind while we shopped around and she went above and beyond with finding the perfect match for our needs! Then, Frank and his buddy were very, polite, genuine, and quick with delivery and set up of our furniture. They also were patient very patient with my kiddo! Finally, the great price and knowledge to help interior set up our new furniture was great.
