Read moreI purchased matching rings for my daughter and I while I was contracted in Colorado for work. The rings were to be delivered to the store and I never received an email informing me they were ready for pick up. Needless to say my contract expired before I could obtain the rings. I contacted the store where the rings were suppose to be delivered and spoke with MaryBeth. MaryBeth went above and beyond to not only locate the second ring since only one ring showed in store, but she also got my order refunded to my account within 48hours. It was amazing to interact with someone who truly cares about the happiness of the customer. A lot of businesses have all taken the short cut to allowing covid to determine how they should treat a person all based on not wanting to be back in the public. She showed me 2 necklaces, the first being simple and the second was more expensive with diamonds in it. I didn't need anything too flashy so I opted for the one without diamonds. This was after she assured me they were natural. Upon reading my receipt the following day via email, come to find out the opals are Lab created. I called and the lady shrugged it off, saying the associate that helped me is a part time employee. She just told me to bring it back and exchange it, I live an hour away. It's not as easy as a 10 minute drive. I decided to keep the necklace but other than getting maintenance done on it, which is an extra $50 fee they automatically charge, I will not give them another penny. I will go to a jewelry store with actual professionals that know what they are selling or have enough common sense to ask someone if they are not sure. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.
