Itās a cute store with wonderful offerings but donāt order online from them. I placed an order online when I couldnāt find what I wanted in store. This was back in June. There is very little communication from them about the delivery of the order. Finally after a month when I heard nothing, I was able to communicate with someone. She told me the order had gotten lost and it would be drop shipped within the week. Nearly two weeks has gone by and I tried to contact them by phone. I tried 2 times and still no one called back. I decided to contact them online through email and that doesnāt work either ( it saidā internal errorā). I sent a message to PayPal asking for a refund. I did not hear one word back from this company. Finally today the order arrived. I would not use this company again unless I was buying in the store! I waited another 7 minutes, trying to get someoneās attention to check out. Same woman comes back to the counter, ignores me, and rings up someone else (I was standing right there with my credit card out). When I had the NERVE to stand up for myself by saying āIāve been standing here trying to pay before this other customer entered the storeā, she told everyone else that I was āextremely rudeā, and āhow sad it is that SOME people have no patienceā, and continued to berate me to anyone else who was there. Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered a beautiful collar from Salty Paws and said it was delivered to may mailbox. Went to my mailbox and there was nothing there. Called customer service and they contacted the post office to start an investigation on where the collar would be. A week later my neighbor comes by and hands me the package I been waiting for and said it was delivered to his mailbox. By this time Salty Paws has sent out another collar for me. I have no problem sending this collar back until they tell me I have to pay for it.
