If I could give this place zero stars I would. I just went in and was served by a girl with black curly hair who had an attitude like she owned the place with the features of a worker who was doing the public a service by just showing up for work. My daughter has a SEVERE nut allergy that I carry an EpiPen for. When I asked if there were nuts in any of the products she looked at me like I was interrupting her telling me cross contamination. I further clarified due to the severity of the allergy my daughter has and how often things are made with almond milk. She said “we don’t know what’s in the ice cream” when I looked at her confused seeing as we live in a world where the amount of macros, calories,itemized ingredients and whatever else are available she then told me to leave and called security on me cos she didn’t like the way I was looking at her. I asked to speak to the owner and left utterly appalled that this is the next generation of workers. Owner, if you read this, this worker is not someone who is fit to work in a customer facing position. She’d be better in the back stacking shelves. I walked a few hundred feet away to another ice cream store, I asked the same questions and walked out with ice cream for my kids and their workers were extremely friendly, kind and caring and my kids are now happily eating their ice cream. Don’t bother going here. You’ll be treated like garbage for trying to avoid a medical emergency. I saw another review stating security was called when questioning something. This worker can’t keep calling security cos she lacks the skills to handle a customer questioning her; hopefully she’ll learn...

Went in for ice cream and the girls who work Tuesday evening (one with black curly hair) had a disgusting entitled attitude. You ask any sort of question about a product they sell and you are given instant attitude. You are greeted with snotty smirks and dirty looks. Don’t waste your time here. Jadyn was the sweetest person on planet earth. She performs her job with great service. She shows outstanding skills and as well as being extremely savy. 100% would come back here again.
