We came to this location on accident as I put in the wrong zipcode to ship 2 pairs of jeans to. They went to go find the jeans. Had someone track down a changing room that was free. Didn't fit so had to return them. The other pair was still in back and I was told by a lady at the front that the return would be done on those as well. I asked a few times because there was a line behind me. I told her I just want to make sure that the return is processed today she said it would be. I found another pair of pants while we were there and they didn't have a tag a nice lady took them to the back. We waited, they got through a whole line of people and we were still waiting. Finally got the jeans and left. This was a few hour ordeal. Today I checked and the return was not done as promised I called and spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager (Jeovanna) the reason why I was this is because when I called and asked to speak to a manager after waiting she answered no name. I asked if this was the manager and she paused and said yes in question format.... she stated that they were busy yesterday so that's why she didn't do it. I don't understand how in customer service making excuses is normal. I was there I know it was busy. I should have stayed to baby sit apparently. Ask them to bring the second pair up and physically watch them do the return. But I shouldn't have to baby adults who run a store that I'm paying for there products. I will not be returning here and if you love boot barn save your self the trouble and go to a different location. Maybe the manager there would actually be apologetic and not make excuses for her employees and hold them...
Read moreYour employees at the Queen Creek, AZ store are definitely the rudest, impolite, immature women I have ever ran across while shopping your stores. My daughter and I entered the store and was immediately greeted with dirty looks by the women working at the counter. My daughter tried on a jacket and several other items. I was browsing and watching them, every time my daughter turned her back they were give her dirty looks and "whispering" to each other like grade school children. I had seen one of them trying on the same jacket that my daughter did so when she needed a different size we asked one of them if they had more and were told no. So apparently the employee was buying the last one, I made a comment that I had just seen her putting it on and man did the dirty looks start to get worse at that point. We actually had a stare down, which I have never had happen in a store with an employee. They were so rude at that point that we put everything back, about $300.00 worth of clothes and left. I then called the store and spoke with the manager that said he just couldn't believe they would do that, and that he had been on the floor with them, which was a lie. In the 30 minutes we were there we never saw a man. After him being also rude it was clear that the employees take their cues from the management and have no customer service or people skills at all. My entire family has shopped at Boot Barn for as long as I can remember in Colorado and other places on the road and we have never been treated so rudely and will definitely...
Read moreHave been to this location many times, made several high dollar purchases, and the service just gets worse and worse.
My family and I went in yesterday specifically for a new cowboy hat. We were greeted with “hi welcome in” as we entered. Went directly to the wall of hats that is directly across from the cash register where 3 women were standing and talking with each other. I was looking at hats on the wall, getting into hat boxes, pacing back and forth unsure of what I wanted. This went on for about 15min, the same 3 women standing at the cash register completely ignoring me, a customer. I eventually picked a hat and walked past the cash register to go look at boots for my daughter. 2 of the 3 women made eye contact with me as I walked by and NEVER SAID A WORD!! Now we are back looking at boots, maybe 10min of searching around and looking we did have someone come around the corner and “hi there. Finding everything ok?” We said yup just looking for boots for our daughter. The sales woman immediately turned around and left without a word. Wife and I decided it was time to leave. So we went to the cash register where the original 3 women were still at chatting. I stood at the register for a couple minutes before I was acknowledged and then finally bought the hat. Absolutely horrible experience. Management and staff are apparently not qualified to do their jobs. I will more than likely be taking the hat back for a refund and making my purchases elsewhere...
