I used to like this place. The food isn't bad, 3-4 star on that, it's the service that gets 2 star. I ordered multiple items. Different pizzas and kids meals. O did an online order to make it easy to just go pick up in 30mins. I walked in and told them I was there for pick up and they said it was almost ready....cool, no worries. So I just stood there by the Uber people and Doordash people watching them make pizza. I noticed one girl wasn't wearing gloves. Whatever, so long as she doesn't touch the food after it being cooked, who cares. But then I saw her take a pizza in the box and reach her gloveless hand in the box and pull all the toppings off a pizza already cooked...then closes the box and puts it with the pile of other finished orders ready to pick up. I eyeball'd where that pizza went and kept watching it. Then they grabbed that pizza and the other food and handed it to me. I told them I would not accept that pizza. I talked to 2 Different people there (assuming one was a manager) and they remade the pizza, and apologized saying that girl was new that didn't have gloves. Cool, great, remake it. Then they took my other food and sat it down behind thier counter. I waited another 10-15mins for that pizza. They brought it out and said sorry. I asked them about my other food and they didn't know I had other food (even though it was done). They brought it to me after they found it and said nothing. Well, now the food is cold. She said (twice) she would credit my entire order because of the mishap and how long I stood there(about 40mins total). They still charged me the entire amount. They don't have it together. ***update*** I sent an email based on the reply from Sauce on the day they replied and they have yet to reply days later.... Been several months now and still heard nothing back *******update again****** It's been over a year and I still haven't heard back, still haven't been credited back. Still a get a 2 star, and haven't been back, and wont

My fiancée and I ate here 1/3/2024 around 8pm. It was pretty busy when we came in with about 80% of tables full but no line to order. Here are a few notes for some constructive criticism. Waited a few minutes for someone to take our order once standing right at the counter. Wanted to order the Mac n Cheese and they were out of it. No biggie. We ordered two pizzas and two glasses of wine. Wine came out fast. A bug flew in to one of our glasses after only a few sips and they happily replaced the glass of wine with a full one. This was awesome. Took 47 minutes for our pizza to come out though… My fiancée ordered and paid extra for olives on her pizza, it didn’t come out with olives… Nice lady said she would bring some out for us. Never brought out olives… Also, different nice lady that brought out our pizzas told us she would bring us some napkins, never did. Bus boy was cleaning off tables but leaving them completely dirty with crumbs and food bits still on them. Multiple open tables were just covered in food crumbs. To summarize, took forever, nice place but lacking in clean up, pizza was good, but missed items, staff was friendly but looked stressed out and overworked and very forgetful. Don’t plan on returning here for us personally. Likely was just a short staffed night hopefully though.

Sauce Pizza reflects its upscale location in its pricing, which feels a bit steep for what you get. The food quality resembles a fast-casual Olive Garden, decent but not exceptional. The ordering process is quick and efficient, more akin to fast food than a sit-down restaurant: order at the counter, grab your own drinks, and your food arrives within minutes. The restaurant's interior has a strange dichotomy, blending the sports bar atmosphere of Buffalo Wild Wings with old Italian photos. It's a bit jarring and doesn't quite come together. While better than Little Caesars, the pizza, despite its authentic appearance, lacks a certain depth of flavor. Ironically, the sauce itself, the namesake of the restaurant, feels a bit underwhelming. A name change might better reflect the overall dining experience. The staff are friendly, though some appear to be simply going through the motions, while the kitchen staff seem more passionate. Overall, Sauce Pizza is not bad. The food is decent, the service is quick, and the quality is acceptable. However, the high prices, the somewhat awkward ambiance, and the underwhelming sauce hold it back. A few minor adjustments could easily elevate it to a solid four-star rating.

My wife and I absolutely love this place. Id go as far as to say this is our new favorite pizza place. I'll be honest it's probably not the place for the pepperoni only pizza lovers (that is my go to pizza btw) but their gormet pizza selections are amazing. The crust is amazing whether you choose hand tossed or cracker thin, we do prefer the hand tossed as it is still thin but not too thin as we feel the cracker thin is, though we would not complain if cracker thin was provided to us... In fact we'd Chow down as if it was our last meal.. yes, it's that good

We have tried 4 pizzas here so far and all were great

Spicy sausage pizza - red sauce with sausage and new mexico hatch green chile's. It's extremely good, the sausage is juicy, the cheese tastes "fresh" the only complaint is that the chile's did not taste cooked enough

Mozzarella, fontina and basil - amazing cheese slice, ingredients are as the name suggests and no one could do it better, in my opinion

Standard pepperoni - the best part of this restaurant's ingredients stand out. The dough, the cheese and the sauce, something is off about the pepperoni though, it just doesn't taste like a traditional pepperoni.. I can't put my finger on it, but I can tell you it is definitely the pepperoni..

Saving the best for last...

The Pesto Chicken White pizza - This pizza is above and beyond the best pizza we've tried so far. It comes with white sauce, fresh, juicy Pesto Chicken and small red tomatoes. We have tried cracker thin and hand tossed. Hand tossed is our preferred as it's what you'd expect from any normal thin crust and handles the toppings and sauce well. This leads me to the sauce, I feel as if the pizza is a little dry if you order it normal so I do ask for extra sauce on this pie. Overall for my wife and I this is the best pie we've had in the local...

I came for the gluten-free pasta which was very good, I ordered the tomato based sauce with chicken. Pasta was al-dente, perfect consistency, sauce and grilled chicken combined to make a very nice meal. I didn't eat the bread that comes with most dishes but my family said it was good. My husband had the pizza and said it was great, I plan to order the GF pizza next time. They take special care to protect the GF food from the infamous CContamination all Celiac's dread and their pizza is no exception. They even have a couple of Gluten-free SOUP choices which is awesome, I'm excited about that! The menu on the wall is kinda hard to take in at a glance, which is a bit of a problem because you order at the counter and then they bring the food so I felt a little pressured and felt rushed tho nobody actually rushed me at all. The the staff was friendly, helpful and patient as I asked the bazillion questions I need to ask to avoid getting poisoned by food that is completely ok for the vast majority of the population. We will be back. Way better food than Oregano's and NO WAITING!

Update 4/2018 Ordered a "gluten free pizza" to go and was poisoned with gluten. I suffered severe intestinal damage and was sick for nearly two weeks (serious contamination). The girl on the phone assured me "gluten free" meant gluten free but was too impatient to answer my questions about the TOPPINGS and just kept saying it would all be gluten free. Wrong! Restaurants that represent that they serve gluten free food and protocols to prevent contamination have a responsibility to produce real gluten free food. I won't trust Sauce with my...
