I recently had the pleasure of visiting Armadillon Audio located at 4901 Broadway Street, Quincy, IL, and I couldn't be more impressed with my experience! What initially started as an unpleasant requirement stemming from my own actions was made as painless and worry-free as possible by the incredible team at Armadillon. While I wonāt bother naming the IID providerāLifeSafer in association with SCRAM SystemsāI must say that my experience with them was far from satisfactory. Their absolute disregard for, and lack of acknowledgment of, customer needs was disappointing. Instead of dwelling on that, Iāll focus on the fantastic service I received from Armadillon Audio. The staff there were entirely dedicated to customer care, addressing my needs and inquiries with patience and professionalism. Unlike the other provider, who showed no concern for customer satisfaction, the team at Armadillon made me feel valued and ensured I understood every step of the installation and calibration process. Their commitment to ensuring I was completely content was evident. Billing took a backseat to customer care, which is something almost unheard of today. But I also believe in giving everyone a chance. I can honesty say Iām happy with the job they did setting it up and how upfront and honest they were about things. They didnāt beat around the bush and try to get over on me like a lot of businesses do. They truely care about the work they are doing and they go out of their way to make sure itās right. They even pointed out an issue with my head unit that I didnāt even realize because I never bothered to check. Some people consider that them ā just trying to make moneyā. But that is not the case, I respect and appreciated the fact they pointed things out and then explain to me why it was a problem. They know what they are doing and they know what they are talking about. Honestly if you have a bad experience here itās probably because you are a crappy person to begin with. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI got my first install here (Armadillion Audio) in 1999 and further continued to have my next 3 trucks all get installs done here, but I made the mistake recently of getting an upgrade done to one of there installs while I was living in Chicago the past two years at another Audio store which will remain nameless. After they did a hack job. I recently moved back to Missouri and found out Shawn is the owner now, a constant certified pro who worked on a previous install for me years ago, I didnāt have second thoughts about driving almost an hour away and leaving my vehicle to have him do a 911 recovery/complete rewiring and tuning of the system, starting from square one, adding new door speakers and sound dampening the doors as well and a few upgrades recommended by Shawn and now the sound is like night and day. If you are the market for anything car audio, and they also sell other upgrades for you vehicles. You definitely canāt go wrong with stopping by and checking out everything they have to offer. His wife Christy, who works the front desk will be more than happy to answer any and all questions you may have....
