RSR Electronix Inc. — Local services in Rahway

Customer service is excellent!! Justin was very polite and I would certainly do business with this Company again as they stand behind their merchandise. Unfortunately, I had ordered the product from Amazon from RSR Electronics but somehow it was shipped out by Phototech (??) and did not have the contents in a box but in a small plastic bag. As this was a Christmas present for my grandson I returned it and reordered from RSR through Wal-Mart and it did arrive in a nice box!...

Seems like a fake company, very competitive prices even lower than manufacture in some cases- but whatever is cheap is “not in stock”, had to wait 4 months as they promised to ship when in stock- lost date, been more than a year nothing. Did they return the money?

NO- I need to wait till it’s back in stock- that’s there’s answer- OMG Looks like fake company to me that will only take your money and won’t communicate...

Excellent service. The most polite, kind personnel one could hope for! Fast delivery, careful packing. Equally important to know; they correct any problems or mistakes with respect and understanding.
