Bought salchi papa, it was edible But this place is more for dessert than food, not too many options. Took a while to get the food. Had great music. I will return for the cholao.

However, there are food options, and my rating is based on the food you do offer and the location. I'll be more specific. Opening is at 12 pm. We had to wait for the doors to open after 12 pm. Did not have menus at hand but had to scan, not user-friendly for clients that don't have a phone. Our food was ordered and waited 30 minutes plus to receive. To add to the owner. I recently had the misfortune of this bad service. I must say it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The customer service was atrocious from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were ignored by the staff for a good 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our presence. I spoke to to the owner and she seemed completely disinterested in serving us.

Our orders took an unreasonable amount of time to arrive, and when they did, they were wrong. Instead of apologizing or correcting the mistake, the staff acted as if we were the ones at fault. To make matters worse, the food was cold and tasteless, clearly not worth the wait.

When we expressed our concerns to the manager and owner, we were met with indifference and a lack of any meaningful resolution. This level of neglect and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I will not be returning and would advise others to steer clear...
