So let me start by saying I have stayed in mutilpe hotels in multiple city's and states and have never had a problem until here. Bed bugs, a dirty pool and pour costumer service! We booked for 2 nights but left after the first night of me itching my skin off ! Looks clean on the outside but as soon as I realized I had bites I checked the beds and a whole nest! The overnight manager did not show any concern or care for the fact we were disgusted, he didn't even apologize or help us and try another hotel he basically acted like this was a normal thing that happens there!! Prior to finding the bed bugs I had an issue with them over charging my card the $257 for 2 nights and then an extra $128 , when I asked why they had no answers for me and told me to call the bank! We also took a quick swim earlier that day and there were a few kids in the pool with us, they used the equipment ( life floats ) that the hotel has, well latter that night walking outside the hotel ( you can see there pool) had the life floats the kids have left from that morning showing they don't clean there pool ! It was very oily and turned the underneath of my Acrilic nail black. By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had and now I don't want to stay at another hotel! However the manager I delt with the next morning apologized, addressed my concerns and gave me my two night refund. Read moreNot very good. My experience was terrible! The check in was nothing but the worst ever. Front desk had a horrible disposition about himself. Checking in with family of 6, 3 rooms, splitting the cost of the rooms 3 ways. I was charged full price for a room as well as one of my sisters. When informed him of his error, his response was, after standing in silence waiting on his solution to this, “your card will be refunded in 5to 7 days”. No explanation or apology. And to make matters worst, gentleman walks in to check in. He immediately turns to him to check him in before he finished up with us. 2nd problem: my sister room had no hot water. Was told to go across the hall to take a shower, the room was freezing cold. She eventually had to be moved to another room during our 3 days, 2 night stay. Spoke with attendant on duty, was told management was in meetings and she would address our concerns with management. We were here for our sisters funeral. We left out and never heard from anyone after being told that management would contact us. When checking out, that same attendant working with the attitude at its worst, told us management would be in at 11:00 that morning. Was it that management really was out or their way out not taken care of the concerns of his customers? Never again will I stay and spend money where management does not care does about the concerns of his customers or the type of employees that are handling guess in such an aweful manner. Read moreThe customer service at this location was absolutely horrible. When I first arrived, the front desk person asked my why I was there in an anoid manner as if I was incoveniencing her. When we got to the room, we discovered there were no sheets or pillows for the pull out bed where our kids were going to sleep. I tried calling the front desk but no one answered until about 20 rings (same annoyed person). She told me I would have to come down to get the sheets from the front desk. When I went down, she went to find something. She came back with some sheets but no blanket and only one pillow. When I asked for a blanket and a second pillow, she refused and said there were no more available. I then asked to speak to a manager and was informed he had left for the day. I asked her to call him then because I wanted to talk to the manager. She did, but the manager refused to talk to me and said I would have to wait until Monday morning. This was a Saturday evening and our family was scheduled to leave Sunday morning. I then proceeded to secure lodging at a Hampton Inn down the road (they even agreed to match the Best Western price). I then canceled our stay at the Best Western since they could or wouldn't provide us the service we had reserved and requested a full refund. I was told again I would have to talk to the manager on Monday. I left a message for the manager to contact me regarding the refund and I never heard back.
