This review is based in comparison to the outstanding Lululemon in Old Town Fort Collins, Colorado. But clearly this review stands on its own as a customer experience at the Lululemon 4421 Six Forks Rd Raleigh, NC. These experiences are a reflection on superb vs poor store management in its simplest context.
The Fort Collins store is a study in outstanding store employee attitude and performance. I mention this because these Fort Collins Lululemon employee standards can be achieved, but are horridly absent at the Raleigh store. My point can be made simply by my experience witnessing a female employee with outwardly poor affect and attitude carry two handfuls of clothing on hangers a full 20 feet from dressing rooms to restock rack while dragging the clothing the full 20 feet ON THE FLOOR. Who on earth at their job will hold clothing hangers down by their knees and drag 10 to 15 garments where customers are walking across a 20 foot section of the store and drag them ON THE FLOOR?
This is obviously a management failure. And Lululemon should know about it.

I ordered three different skirts, each one in a size 10 and a size 12. The orders started coming in in three different packages. No size 12! When I tried to call customer service, I waited 20 minutes and still did not get to speak to an operator. I called again the next day and Was told it would be at least 20 minutes to wait and I should try the chat. I tried to chat, and no one contacted me until the next morning. And then when I responded to that person, they disappeared and put me back in the queue. This happened three times. My issue is still not resolved. I need to return these skirts and canāt get anyone at customer service via telephone or chat to respond to me. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
