Had the relay for Life of Raleigh there. Fantastic area! Parking plentiful because of the various parking decks! Wonderful balcony apartments( lucky people who already live there!) Nice outdoor venue for the band we had. Nice play park for kids and pets (gotta bring the leash! ) It's within walking distance to a variety of eateries, grocery stores, and hotels.The entire area was so clean!! Literally, we were amazed at the upkeep! Felt safe even at night! If I had known about this place, I would have searched to live here myself:-) I will definitely be back! Kudos to the establishment!!
