Gave them a second chance (because I had to given that my “refund” was a gift card…) the dress I got is incredible quality so I’m not mad at that. AGAIN the shoes did not fit and were horribly uncomfortable. No where near the quality of the dress. I go to return them and get charged $5 to return it FOR STORE CREDIT YET AGAIN. The ladies here were so sweet! They stayed past close to let me finish trying on some clothes- I hadn’t realized this until I checked out and saw the store hours near the door. They stayed friendly and professional the whole time and offered to put my clothes in the fitting room so I didn’t need to carry them as I browse. Even after their closing time they didn’t rush me or told me how they were closing. They were even patient enough to chat with me and comment about how I looked like Park Shin Hye (a Korean actress) and talk about the kdrama they’ve watched. Overall, great...

Came to Madison today to try and find a nice dress for a gala. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted. I gave them an idea for what I was looking for and I was shown around the store to look and try out many options. Spoiler alert: I found the dress and it's PERFECT.
