Stay away from this Chick-fil-A. First of all, the doors including the metal kitchen door were filthy with fingerprints and what looked like bits of food. Everyone here is rushing back-and-forth and not one person that works here had a Chick-fil-A cares positive attitude, not one smile and not one positive, happy soul in this whole entire restaurant. It was sad to see. To make matters worse, our order was completely wrong and we waited there for what seemed like an eternity only to have everyone completely turn their backs and be dismissive and pretend that they were not even waiting for them to make the order right. Chick-fil-A is always saying how they want to make it right. Well, it was all the way wrong. When we asked for a refund, we were told that we had to jump through 10000 hopes to be able to get it. In not so many words, this was completely uncalled for, completely dishearting. We have never written a review that had so much sadness in the wording but this had to be said. We do not recommend this By the way, thank you to the rude young man that picked up the phone when we first tried to get the order corrected. If you don't believe my review, keep looking at the 1 and 2 star reviews on here and they all repeat the same things: rude employees , management is absent and an owner that is always away traveling. That's a recipe for disaster for Chick Fil A disaster. For their brand and name that is.

We feel that management needs to change. We feel that the franchise owner maybe doesn't care and that's why the employees look like they don't care. Chick-fil-A needs to speak to the franchise owner, who's giving Chick-fil-A a bad name in the first place by not caring. Also, there were wipes on top of a garbage can that were opened lying on the garbage 🗑 gross. 😝

Also, the handicap parking spots were all being taken by delivery drivers. That didn't have handicap placards. They were going to pick up app orders about 7 cars that we saw come back-and-forth into the handicap parking spots. Not one single handicap placard and they all took the handicap spots without a care in the world.

The only reason why there was one star was because we felt really sorry for Sara. We were told she was the front...

My wife and I had an absolutely terrible customer service experience Wednesday evening while in the drive-through with three children in the car. We ordered milkshakes for the kids along with food for all five of us, and when we got to the front of the line to receive the food I was handed the large bag of food, as I was sitting in the passenger seat. With my hands still full getting the food bag in the car, the employee placed a drink holder with the three milkshakes on the car windowsill and immediately let it go without checking to see if I had a hand for it. This caused it to fall, spilling all three milkshakes on my pants, shoe, and the inside of the door of my wife’s new car. The employee then disappeared, and I had to ask multiple people for napkins, and received no offer of assistance to clean up the mess. When we finally got things cleaned up as best we could and asked for a manager, an employee named Izaiyah stated that he was a manager. We made the request that something be done to make up for the mess caused by the employee’s negligence and were informed that in order to refund the milkshakes he would have to take them back. Instead, the employee who spilled the shakes handed me a few gift cards for free nuggets/cookies. When my wife informed the manager that we were very disappointed with the customer service he replied very rudely, turned his back, and walked away.

I sent a private message with this information to the business on Wednesday evening to give them the chance to make it right before posting a bad review. In this message I included photos of my pants and shoe. The pants have since been washed but the stains will not come out completely, which means I will have to purchase a new pair. There has been no response despite waiting 3 days.

I am incredibly disappointed with this entire experience and can no longer in good conscience recommend this location to anyone. There are multiple other Chick-fil-a locations close by that have always provided...

Update 6/10: CFA asked me to reach out, and I did. They responded by saying I should check my app. I did. They put one free sandwich in my rewards good for this month. LOL!!! SERIOUS??? My boyfriend was immediately sick after eating a sandwich and had a sore stomach the entire next day, and they want to make it up by offering us another sandwich???? Uh...... NO THANKS!!

6/9: My boyfriend and I went to this ChikFilA last night. When we tried to place our order for chicken nuggets, the employee was told over the headset that they were out of chicken nuggets. I looked at the time; it was 8:57. My boyfriend was very hungry and very disappointed. He asked "Really? You're ChikFilA and still open. How do you run out of nuggets?" He was told they just were, so he ordered 2 four counts of strips. When we pulled up to the pickup, the employee told us they actually only had enough for one order of 4 strips. Again, we were shocked. They took our order and our payment and now said they couldn't deliver because they were "out of chicken." When my boyfriend said do you have anything, the employee said he doubted it, but he'd look. We asked to speak to the manager, but he said the same that we'd already been told. The employee came back with a bag and said he'd found a sandwich left. We accepted it and left. When my boyfriend ate it, he mentioned that it tasted bad, extra greasy and the bun was too damp to even eat. Well.... within a very short amount of time, my boyfriend's stomach started to hurt and cramp and gurgle and he had SEVERE diarrhea. Severe like someone had put something like exlax or such in the sandwich!! I can't imagine someone doing something like that, but I don't know what else to think of the situation. We're planning to also call the county health department to report how suick he got after eating there. He's even home from work today because his stomach still hurts that much! Crazy.... we really...

First time at CFA in years. Went with out of town family. There were 8 of us. The staff were all friendly and the service was good. Restaurant, including the restrooms was clean. except for the two tables that has just left, (I would smack my kids if they ever left a mess like that) and they were being cleaned. The food tasted good. With that said, My wife and I ordered the Grilled Chicken Nuggets. There were actually 13 pieces in the little tub. There were 3 nuggets and the others were what I, or anyone except CFA, would call pieces of nuggets. If you look at the picture, you will see what I mean. I took them back down and showed one of the workers. I asked, holding up one of the pieces, Does this count as a nugget? She answered Yes, with an almost apologetic look in her eyes. She did offer to get me an additional order and I accepted. They also forgot one drink and dressing for my Niece's Salad. Also, I asked to make sure there were pickles on my Grandson's Chicken Sandwich Deluxe. There were none so I asked for and received a little tub of pickles. As I said the food was good - fast and friendly service

Very disappointed with my mobile order tonight at this Chick-fil-A location. I ordered a spicy southwest salad with normal grilled chicken instead of the spicy grilled chicken (my partner does not do well with spice). As we approached the window, two Chick-fil-A members came up to our vehicle and stated to us that they “cannot do special orders” and asked if the normal spicy southwest salad was ok. My partner asked if they could instead just put a fried chicken filet if the grilled was unavailable. They proceeded to repeat the same thing. We didn’t know the salad was a special order considering it’s an option on the mobile app without any extra charge. Customizations should not be offered while mobile ordering if the customizations cannot be fulfilled. If we had know this, we would have ordered something else for dinner considering we did not get what we ordered.
