This venue was a huge disappointment. We had VIP tickets, but had to park over a mile away from the entrance. When we finally arrived at our reserved table, there were squatters in our seats. To our horror, the hospitality staff then directed the squatters to sit on a ledge directly in front of our table completely blocking our view of the stage. When we complained to the hospitality hostess, her response was “you can stand”. General admission ticket holders were allowed to congregate in front of the stage completely blocking the view for reserved ticket holders who had seats in the first 5 rows. I suggest that the museum raise the stage 6 feet, this would help more customers enjoy the shows. The portapotties provide a fragrance during the show that is unsettling.
