We went in to look at a desk chair for my son and met with Tracey. She showed us the chair and i asked about other desk chairs. she also explained what "Zero Gravity" was and how the chairs can bring you close to that feeling. She had us try some zero gravity chairs and later helped us understand how we could get a better sleep on certain beds. It was a great experience with Tracey just walking us through things. No push to buy anything, just an amazing understanding of what can be when you have the right furniture. We bought from her that day and we are going back to look at more options. When I lived in Raleigh, this place was a godsend. Leon, the manager, helped me so much and found me the perfect pillow and the perfect desk. I have a lot of chronic pain and he REALLY spent the time to find me the perfect fix. They listened to my issues and were extremely knowledgable. My PT sent me to Relax the Back for an orthopedic pillow. Leon was very helpful in streamlining the decision making process. If you're going to drop more than $100 on a pillow, it better be good, right? So, just to make sure you're happy with it, this store offers the option to buy a sanitized loaner pillow to try at home for a week, and then return and/or exchange for a new one.
