bul box — Restaurant in Raleigh

I've been going to the North Hills Bul-Box ever since they opened. Great food there, love their food, even though it's always been priced higher than most of their competitors who serve healthy "bowls." Recently however, I ordered my usual and the staff person reached for a square box that IMO was half the size of the long rectangular box they formally used. I think, but am unsure price had risen too which I would've expected. I politely told the staff that I'd ordered the regular size box, not the small size, didn't know they had a small size, and was told, 'No, this is our new box now.' I cancelled the order and left laughing out loud; will not pay the same or more for what appeared to be half their original portion. I understand inflation is a problematic, but if my eyes saw correctly, raising the price and reducing serving size is not a viable way to keep regular customers. They've lost me as a...

SO FREAKING (this food deserves the related curse word) DELICIOUS! Korean food is my jam. I've been wanting to try bul box since I noticed them at the Food Hall. Now they're nearby at North Hills. I was starving & wanting to avoid fast food. Online ordering is available but I wanted to see the offerings for myself. That didn't help make my decision w/ so many options. But the young ladies working shared that ginger chicken is their favorite. Excellent choice, ladies! SO MUCH food! Plenty of veggies. Very fresh & flavorful, didn't even need the sauces. Guilt-free meal for me, well I probably pushed it eating it all but it had to be done. Can't wait to go back & try the bulgogi beef & the many other combos (oh so many combos to be had!). I love the concept, but the locations are not consistent. I've tried them all, and Garner has been the only consistent location, but the worse is here at North Hills. The rice is always cold, and so is the chicken. The veggies are old, and you get a smaller portion. The very last time I went, I got food for my kids, and ordered the ginger and teriyaki bowls. I didn't want to get a regular because its not worth it at this location. The teriyaki was fine, but we received 5/6 pcs of meat in the Shanghai bowl. What is that?
