I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience with Abraham Catering has been! From our very first meeting to the follow up after the wedding, Hap, Ann, and their team could not have been more professional, punctual, or friendly! We appreciated that on our first meeting, Hap (the owner) met with us to get a sense of what we were looking for. He shared his experiences with us (not only as the owner but as a father who had catered his own daughters' weddings!) and treated us like we were his family when it came to our options and pricing. They were so accommodating in any request we made (they were willing to try a new recipe for a signature drink we loved) and were especially gracious in all communication as we had just had a death in the family. Among all of our vendors, they put us at ease the most - it is clear why they are the contracted caterer for so many premier venues in Omaha. Ann was so helpful in following up with us and making adjustments as needed - even sitting down with us in person to review our numbers and the many options and rentals we had listed. (They work with any rental company, but work most with United - we would recommend this pairing as the two worked seamlessly together!) The day-of staff were so helpful as well, putting my mother at ease about not only the plated dinners, but the cupcake station and nuts and mints that they were also in charge of refilling. Any questions we had were met with compassion and an openness I haven't seen with other vendors of this type - when we were curious about a process, they invited us behind the scenes to take a look. And this came not just from the senior staff - but also the high school servers. Every single person was outstanding, and truly made our event perfect!

Abraham’s catered my wedding a few weeks back and I can’t recommend them enough for all your catering needs! When we were first looking for a caterer for our wedding they helped set up a time where we could get a sampler selection from them to try and driving home from their location after getting the food my mouth was literally watering I couldn’t even wait for my husband to get home before trying it! We knew right then we had to go with them! They reached out a few weeks before the wedding to confirm a few things, answer questions and see if we needed help setting up napkins or other things. The day of the wedding they had everything ready to go right on time and were so great at helping pick up plates and also putting all the leftover food in containers for us to take home! They even helped cut our cake and put it out on dessert plates for everyone to enjoy! I still have people when I see them compliment the food and say how much they loved it and a few even found out we had leftovers and asked if they could take some home for themselves they loved it so much! Above and beyond customer service and professionalism. We had an event planned for 88 people but due to COVID we weren't selling out enough tickets for it. Despite the fact that we had already paid for the event in full, they bumped the number of people down to 60 2-3 days out from the event and refunded us the money for the excess 28 people. Then, they allowed us to reschedule the event to the following week due to weather concerns just 7 hours before the event start. At the event itself the staff were very kind and professional and were insistent that we stay for as long as we wanted to despite the fact that they were just waiting for us to leave so that they could collect their table cloths.
